DIRECTIONS TO BALCIUIN

• From the south take the A9 past Aviemore.
  
  
• Then follow the signs to Grantown for about 5 miles  until you turn right for Boat of Garten and Nethy Bridge.
  
  
• Follow the road through Boat of Garten around two 90 degree turns over the River Spey to a T-junction where you turn left. 
  
  
• Continue for about 4 miles to the village passing the village shop on your right.
  
  
• Cross the River Nethy and turn immediately right.
  
  
• Head up to the cross roads where you turn right.  Continue until you reach some new houses and you take the small new road to your right.
  
  
• Balciuin is the house at the end directly in front of you.
