Abernethy Nethybridge Adventure Centre:-
Abernethy Nethybridge is a beautiful converted country house set in 25 acres of parkland and forest. The Centre has grown dramatically since it was first set up in 1971, and offers a fantastic range of indoor and outdoor activity options.

Cycling:-
A great area for all types of cycling and competing in an assortment of events see Cairngorm Cycling Club for more information. Many of the walking tracks are also suitable for mountain bikes and maps are available to show cycle routes both on and off road. A classic route from here is through the Ryvoan Pass to Glenmore then back over the Sluggen Pass, Tulloch Moor and Abernethy Forest.
For those wanting to improve their mountain biking skills there is the Laggan Wolftrax Mountain Bike Park
Fishing:-
Fishing for salmon and sea trout is available on the River Spey. Tickets are available from Mortimers in Grantown. Fishing for brown trout either from the bank or from a boat is possible on Lochindorb. Rainbow trout can be caught at the fish farms at Rothiemurchus and at Craggan.
Golf:-
Nethy Bridge has its own 9 hole course built on natural moorland and offering visitors a warm welcome and a great variety of shots. (01479 821305)

Walking:-
Nethy Bridge boasts a network of well kept way marked paths around the village. These take you along the River Nethy, into the RSPB reserve, through the SNH site and The Abernethy Forest. The Speyside Way links Nethy with Boat of Garten in one direction and Grantown on Spey in the other. Without even crossing a road you can pick up the Lairig an Laoigh route to Braemar or get into The Ryvoan Pass to Glenmore. Not far away is Rothiemurchus Estate which offers a selection of well maintained paths through stunning scenery including Loch an Eilein, Loch Einich and up to Loch Morlich.
